DCG partners with other firms where we find complementary capabilities and behaviours. While changing over time, these partnerships include firms with strong systems implementation capability, with policy or regulatory skills or where detailed transport economics experience (capacity studies or cost benefit analyses, for instance) is required.

In these projects, DCG owns the client interface and accountability and manages the risk in delivering consistent exceptional services to our clients.

Given our more than 20 years of co-design of projects and specific interventions with our clients, we also regard these clients as our partners. Our repeat work with the majority of our clients gives us confidence that this interpretation fits for them as well.
